"Amazing place. We loved the atmosphere, food and live performances. The water aerobic at the lagoon pool was awesome too. Our 4 year old had the best time at the daily kids disco and enjoyed his activities at the roxity kids club. It’s a top place for teens too. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was super clean at all times. "

Our 6 year old son had a fantastic time at the pools and playing in the games area with new friends. Nice and close to a small shopping centre if you want to step out. But not in an overly busy area. "There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see."

"Very unique experience, I enjoyed the location and fireplace in our room. However it's not for everyone. WiFi is only available in the reception area and no one speaks English at all, so hopefully you know some Spanish or have Google translate downloaded on your phone"

"This is a great location for Masca (take the bus!), Los Gigantes and Teide national park by car. The hotel is a very attractive building with good parking in nice setting. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is good. Our room was clean and spacious but could perhaps do with a refresh. The ability to get a beer before 6.30pm would be good!"

"We had an excellent stay at the Mediterranean palace Tenerife. The hotel is located in one of the best places right by El Camisón beach where you can see the most beautiful sunset. It has great facilities with an amazing pool, beach volleyball court and lots of entertainment. The best however was the incredibly friendly staff who made our time there extra special. We will certainly be back! "

"Great property with equally spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and mountains! Rooms are spacious and well-appointed! Dining options are abundant - from an informal pool side cafe to a fancy, multi course dinner tasting menu! Lots of places to lounge - poolside or to stare off at the views. Check-in process was a tad long for my taste but overall a 9.9!!"

Had to ask for pillow cases and was only one sheet on the bed, this could have been due to arriving 20 minutes after booking . . . . Pancakes at breakfast were a joy"

"We have just had a week stay at this accommodation in a two bedroomed deluxe apartment and it was fabulous. Spotlessly clean with housekeeping daily and clean towels daily if required. All the staff work very hard and are really friendly and welcoming. Luca was vey helpful and approachable and Veronika on the pool bar was great too serving good food and cocktails with a smile.
