"They are keen to change the towels and sheets but the rooms didn't seem particularly clean. At meals they are very friendly and rush to clear away plates even before you have finished, but trying to get water or warm coffee often took a while, and replacement cutlery was hard to come by and ran out half way through meals. "This was a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices. I chose the hotel as it had 3 restaurants but when we checked we were informed that the was no space in the restaurants only in the buffet. We had half board. That was poor for a 5 *. Buffet was ok if you like that way of having dinner. We were unlucky that it was cold in the canary island and very windy. The room had no heating system and they provided a small electric heater. I was surprised not to have a heating possibility even here. The staff was...

Enjoy a meal at the Market Place, where a variety of food and beverage stations await.

"Lovely hotel, lots of nice pools and bars at a great price. Food was great. Me and my friend stayed half board and we got charged €2.90 for a draft soda in the canteen we thought was included with the meal which was the only annoying thing about the hotel. Also the bag room is not locked which I did not appreciate with our passports being in there etc. The rooms are great value for the money, the hotel was able to always het us taxis within minutes of asking which was helpful. "

"Very pleased with our stay. We had a 3 bed oceanfront and the outside area with pool was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only comment would be to improve the bedding - the duvet cover was just some sheets combined to cover it but didn’t really work. The cement factory is hardly noticed when you’re there and it’s only an easy 10 minute walk to the town. Breakfast was good and worth the extra cost. "
