"Wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt, front of service was very kind and helpful, we got a big discount on a room upgrade offered to us and allowed us to check in much earlier. They helped us everyday to catch a DiDi, we had an issue with our wechat, so they helped us with taxi service everyday.
