The experience was terrible. When I checked in, a hotel staff held up an amount of RMB 2000 in my credit card as deposit for my room.
Later on, a staff called me 4 times in 6 hours at 15:52, 17:04, 18:16 and 21:46 respectively.
Per above calls, I noted that the hotel wrongly charged $2000 on my credit card instead of holding up the amount as deposit.
During the call at 21:46, the hotel staff urged me to come back. In the call, she asked me where am I right now and when will I come back for making an adjustment for the deposit.
I returned to the hotel and requested to talk with the manager-in-charge. I had waited 10 minutes and reached the manager. His handling was unprofessional. During the talk, I felt uncomfortable. For example, he interrupted my talk and asked me to listen to him first.
In that evening, I requested an iron. The iron was covered in rust and my clothes were damaged.
The key card was malfunction on the second day. The hotel breakfast was in a free seating arrangement like a fast food restaurant.
