"The hotel is old, needs a renovation"

"My big issue with this hotel is the AC. You land late at night from North America and your room is very hot & the only sleep Option is a thick duvet, Almost 80 degrees last night & it took a few hours for the room to cool down. It is also very expensive. Especially for an airport hotel. They compensated by offering a free breakfast. I had a latte and made it to my next flight. This has happened well over a dozen times."

They were always available to answer questions and made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism really added to the overall experience. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options. While it may not have been extraordinary, it was fresh and convenient, especially for travelers who want a quick start to their day. One thing I appreciated was the airport shuttle service. It was reliable and made transportation much easier, especially if you are traveling with luggage or arriving late"
