Going by other reviews, there has recently been some renovation (which caused some disruption), but the end result is a thing to behold. Clearly a lot of thought and design expertise has gone into the renovation. The rooms are stunning -- as good as any top tier hotel I've visited recently. I was genuinely surprised by the quality."

The room was cleaned every day, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The location is outstanding, with great restaurants, cafes, and metros nearby. Will definitely book the Ibis Budget Potsdamer Platz when I return to Berlin! "
