"It’s a shame, as I always consider a good shower to be quite important when I book a hotel room and having upgraded to a ‘Superior’ one on this occasion, I was rather disappointed that the shower only supplied luke warm water. Although there was plenty from the bath and taps? Reported to reception and hopefully the next guest will appreciate any adjustments made!!"

"Amazing hotel! We visited for our anniversary and were upgraded to one of the Manor Deluxe rooms, which was fab. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and all of the staff we encountered were polite and so helpful. We only wish we could have stayed longer and would love to visit again in the future!"
