"A clean, good-sized room with plenty of tea and coffee and fresh milk in a small fridge. Bed was comfortable. Chosen because we could have our dog with us. The step down to the spacious bathroom was highlighted with flourescent tape to make it safer in the night. The seal on the shower screen needed refixing and the entrance and stairs to the bedrooms could do with a repaint. Whoever had prepared the room had forgotten the usual little gift package for the dog that was part of the deal, but this was rectified by one of the cleaners before we left. Staff were charming, helpful and welcoming. A nice stop-off on our way to the Highlands of Scotland. Warkworth is delightful and we would stay there again."

"Tha staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel is well positioned for access to A1 and local bus route to Town. The room was perfect with plenty of room and an extra large bed. We had dinner in the hotel there was plenty of choice and all freshly cooked, excellent."

"This is a really lovely hotel perfectly situated near the centre of Alnwick. It has a a really relaxing atmosphere and the staff are brilliant. Wander a short distance out into the centre of Alnwick to browse round the multitude of artisan shops and stop for a drink in one of the welcoming pubs. Return for an excellent meal followed by a nightcap in the cozy bar. The only minor downside is the number of steps from the car park to reception although luggage can be dropped off at reception before parking your car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
