Phenomenal staff, breakfast, and location. The hotel is quite literally about 25 steps from the center of town where you can find over a dozen great restaurants. My wife and I will happily stay here again next time we find ourselves in Santanyí.
This hotel was perfect, we had a great stay and were sad to leave. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was well kept and clean and the location was perfect for walking into town for dinner or to the beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had huge variety to choose from. We look forward to another stay at the Inturotel Cala Esmeralda!
We had a great time in this hotel. It was close to everything and the town was open late. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone was so nice and the breakfast buffet was spectacular food. I definitely will be coming back and telling people to stay here.
The apartment was very cute and had everything I needed. They include initial cleaning supplies and detergent which was nice to use with the washer after a week of traveling.

Icon hotel was a pure dream!! It felt like a private Villa residence with excellent design details. The drive from Palma to Icon hotel was also very scenic and beautiful! The landscape kept changing from Vineyards to local towns so you got to see a lot on the way. As soon as you pull up to the entrance of the icon hotel you see the stunning turquoise beach with mountain cliffs surrounding the hotel! What can I say about this amazing property? This was by far, a hotel that has exceeded my expectations, which rarely happens anymore.
The grounds are spectacular, the villa is one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen. Every day we would come back to the property, I was amazed that I was able to stay in such a gorgeous environment.
The staff is also incredible, they get to know you and they really seem to care about your experience.

Such a cool, romantic, private, cosy place! The pool is clean and private. The garden gives the property a unique feel because there are fruit trees growing everywhere. The hotel let us borrow a bicycle to bike into town. Only 10-15 minutes drive to the beach! The breakfast served fresh eggs, excellent cheese, and cold cuts. Fresh orange and lemon juice! The service was punctual and friendly.
