L’établissement est très propre et idéalement situé. Nous avions une chambre avec une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle. Cependant, nous avons un seul reproche : les frais pour les serviettes de plage et l'utilisation du coffre-fort dans la chambre. C'est la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à des frais pour utiliser un coffre de sécurité dans une chambre.

Gostamos bastante do hotel. Da localização - perto de vários restaurantes da cala dor. Em frente a calla ferrera. Acesso direto do hotel. Do café da manhã - muitas opções. Da equipe - educados e gentis. O estacionamento é ótimo - 15 € / dia.

Lobby et couloir tres propre. L’hotel est parfaitement climatisé donc agreable sous les pics de chaleur dehors. Le point que je trouve que c’est dommage pour un hotel 4-etoile: le coffre-fort est à louer, pareil pour les serviettes de plage. C’est un rien du tout mais ça enlève une étoile pour ce niveau d’hôtel. D’autant plus que c’est pour un hôtel de plage, serviette de plage en location c’est presque une arnaque pour un hotel de 4*

because of the recent refurbish, the hotel was extremely clean and modern. hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. the hotel is within walking distance to everything. food was good. the only con i have is the lack of sunbeds, i stayed here 5 days and could only get a sunbed on my last day after having to go down at 6am to reserve one.

Highly recommend, the new renovation was very modern and clean and looked very aesthetic. The location was beautiful as it was on the beach and the hotel was definitely worth more than its value for how great it was. The staff were very caring, friendly, supportive and they also made the experience alot better for us when we wanted to switch rooms and they helped us with no problem at all. Would definitly visit again.

Super renovierte Zimmer, Zimmer mit Meerblick zahlt sich jedenfalls aus, es war wunderschön! Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Der Ort ist extrem touristisch und es gibt eigentlich keine authentischen Restaurants dort insofern würde ich die Gegend eher meiden.

Elmira, Mo and Eduardo were fantastic. They made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is well located, very convenient but the booking said parking included and it wasnt. Also, i found hair in the sheets and one day we didnt have electricity for 4 hours meaning no water for shower, no elevator working and some floors completely blacked out. Not a single apology from the hotel.

Das Hotel ist neu und stylish gemacht,die Lage sehr gut,das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aber das Abendessen leider völlig geschmacklos, eher Kantinenessen. An manchen Stellen ist es etwas unhygienisch. Und die Parkplatzsituation eine Katastrophe.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel sieht toll aus und die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft - der Blick beim Frühstück in die Bucht wird mir noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksangebot war absolut ausreichend, lecker und immer frisch. Am letzten Tag gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Wasser in meinem Zimmer, es wurde sofort reagiert und man hat sich direkt um eine Lösung bemüht. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!!

Amazing Views and Location, but Disappointing Comfort and Service The hotel enjoys an amazing location, with stunning views from the balconies. Unfortunately, several aspects of the experience fall well below expectations. * Bedding: The sheets and pillows are of poor quality, compromising overall comfort. What is advertised as a double bed is actually two single beds pushed together, with nothing to secure them in place. As a result, the beds gradually slide apart during the night, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. To make matters worse, each bed has its own individual sheets rather than proper double-sized bedding, making the sleeping arrangement even less comfortable for a couple. * Breakfast: The breakfast itself is acceptable, although the coffee is extremely poor. The staff also seem visibly unhappy to be there, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. They are particularly noisy when handling cutlery and dishes and dragging chairs around while arranging the dining area. * Room lighting: The balcony lights remain on until late night, with no possibility of switching them off. To make matters worse, the blackout curtains are ineffective, allowing light into the room and making it difficult to sleep comfortably. It’s a real shame that these shortcomings detract so much from the experience, especially considering the hotel’s exceptional location and breathtaking views.

We had a sea view. The view of Cala Ferrara from our room was absolutely stunning. Recommend sea view The only thing we did not like was the limited amount of lounges. We saw some towels in lounges all day with no one - perhaps hotel should have a policy of removing unoccupied chairs after an hour and a half. Also we saw many glasses broken in the hard tiles. It was cleaned up but the risk of cut feet in a missed piece was worrisome
