Rooms are very clean, tidy, housekeeping staff is excellent as are the folk at the reception. The rooms are family friendly too. We got a suite with a very cheap price for two nights. The Breakfast was really great and the room was very comfy.

Just one small thing, the last day there was a bad smell because they had a problem with the sewage system but we left early and were not affected.
This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Room was very well appointed, comfortable beds. I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. Food is excellent in the hotel and worth the price, although you have many choices...

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine. Excellent location right next to the Chalfes bridge which connects the Prague castle to the old town- so you can walk left or right and be close to all the main attractions. Even though the bridge itself can be filled with tourists, the hotel is in a nice quiet spot. Definitely recommend to stay here ..
I would choose this hotel every time! Martina was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and welcoming. The courtyard was charming. The location was perfect too. You are right in the heart of everything. One of the tours I went on started right out the front door, which was convenient.
The hotel is located very close to the main train station, the Old Town attractions are also nearby via walking or local transit. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was filling and featured local products. The hotel also has a really nice bar with rooftop deck. On top of all that the place smells really nice from the moment you walk in.
This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate.
