"The hotel has just changed hands, and the staff are trying. There are several things that could be fixed outside but overall twe had a pleasant stay. We were there for 2 nights. You can tell that everything is on a budget, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect 5 star facilities if you only pay 2 star price."

"Reception staff are amazing. I stay a lot at The View the staff don’t change and they get to know you. Breakfast staff the same always friendly with a smile. Breakfast is amazing. Bar staff are great. Bar food needs changing it hasn’t changed at all. So as a regular it gets boring. But lots to eat around. Gym is good too."

"Lovely room looking over the sea with great views. Clean and comfortable bed and bathroom, though a slightly strange smell coming from behind the bathroom sink.. wouldn’t put me off staying again though! The outside of the hotel is in need of repair and redecoration, but the inside was good so that was the most important part! Found some free parking about 5 min walk away so that was a bonus. There are no onsite reception staff so have to contact by WhatsApp. Once we got the hang of it, it was easy, they responded quickly."
