"Excellent service and views, though rooms are more standard than expected for a Mandarin Oriental.
Jakarta was an unexpected stop on my journey home, and I booked the Mandarin Oriental at the last minute. The price was surprisingly reasonable for a Mandarin Oriental, though it’s clear why it’s not as expensive as some of the group’s other locations worldwide — it doesn’t have the same “flash” or ultra-luxury feel you might find in, say, Taiwan.

"The FM 7 staff are professional, helpful, and always willing to assist you. My husband had an incident and I could not thank the staff more. They were so helpful, resoectful, and assisted me throughout the process. We will always stay here when we travel to Jakarta."
"Hotel Langham Jakarta is a great place to stay. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are large and business locations in CBD are easy to walk to. Sadly we weren't there long enough to explore more of Jakarta. "
