Excellent stay as always, no complaint

Wow, wow and wow. From a cheerful and fast check in through every wonderful breakfast to check out we continued to be impressed. They deserve their nearly perfect rating. After a hot and sticky day in Jakarta, coming back to the Holiday Inn was a cool and clean respite. My only complaint was that the air system did not seem to filter out the smoke from other rooms, which was intrusive at times despite the hotel acting immediately when I brought it to their attention. Very nice hotel with Bundaran HI view, All staff are helpfull and friendly especially when we have breakfast and dinner at signature, cheft heri purnama made delicious special fried rice for us, and also all the waiter like mr.Eddy, mr.Rahman, mrs.Lidya, mr.Maliki, mr.Kevin, mr.Bray are very helpfull make us like at home

The hotel is not that big but very intimate The room is spacious by Jakarta standard and the ceiling is comfortably high Many things are personalized even the stationary in my room has my name printed on it I wish the towels were thicker and more fluffy

Fantastic hotel with amazingly nice people. The design of the hotel is great, the restaurant is very nice along with the pool. I would for sure recommend this hotel to anyone that desires to sleep in style.

Close to airport for price of $30 it was very good with free shuttle to airport in morning

Everything was perfect, room, staff, location. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Jakarta.

Overall it was good. They do not provide bottled water in the room but they do provide the filtered water in glass bottles. The problem is that the guests cannot assure the cleanliness of that filtered water. I understand that the hotel is aiming the eco-friendly but good clean drinking water should be provided.

The room was a bit smaller than I had hoped for, but other than the size of the room, the room was clean, comfortable and had ease of access to public transportation and a shopping mall across the street that had many great restaurants to choose from.

Fitness equipments aren’t complete and a bit outdated. Restaurant for breakfast couldn’t keep up with the number of customers during peak times.

Service is impeccable, check in and out were seamless. Breakfast is wholesome with great variation to fuel the day. Hotel is strategically located, short walk to Lotte Mall and there's a mart opposite. Like the design where air con is individually set up in every room. Will return again.
