Always a pleasure to stay in this iconic hotel of Jakarta. Although this is not the newest hotel (not to call it the oldest), the quality of the amenities, the quality of the service, the location and the amicable and genuinely nice staff makes it my number one choice when staying in Jakarta.

Wow, wow and wow. From a cheerful and fast check in through every wonderful breakfast to check out we continued to be impressed. They deserve their nearly perfect rating. After a hot and sticky day in Jakarta, coming back to the Holiday Inn was a cool and clean respite. I very much enjoyed my two night stay at the Hermitage. The main building is an elegant, converted old Dutch colonial telephone building and the rooms are in a modern tower annex carefully constructed in the same elegant style. My room had many refined details, including ceiling and wall moldings, wallpaper, and marble floors (except for the bedroom which was carpeted). Very courteous staff!

I was staying overnight for the airport. The hotel was very good for this. I arrived fairly late and left very early - so did not explore the surroundings - although there seemed little to see. The staff were very polite and the hotel very clean.

Very nice hotel with Bundaran HI view, All staff are helpfull and friendly especially when we have breakfast and dinner at signature, cheft heri purnama made delicious special fried rice for us, and also all the waiter like mr.Eddy, mr.Rahman, mrs.Lidya, mr.Maliki, mr.Kevin, mr.Bray are very helpfull make us like at home
