"This is an excellent hotel that we enjoyed overall. However, we had two big concerns. First, the traffic around the hotel is so intense that it’s all but impossible to safely cross the street to any nearby places. If you like walking, this isn’t the place for you. Second, when we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner, the service was unbelievably bad. We placed an order and waited and waited. No water. Our drinks never came. All of the waiters disappeared. Really. Finally I went to the front desk to complain and, after another long wait, the food appeared. It may have been the worst service I’ve seen in 50+ years of going to restaurants."
