"The rooms were smelling of cigarettes, They dont have payments system that works and always ask for a cash payment and if you get back late,blame you for it.I was told my bags were taken out of my room and kicked out, even though i had explained that i will be coming back and i was still attending my meetings.

This hotel is just wow. The hospitality, the breakfast, the room, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. I don’t think we’ve ever been somewhere that was as attentive to detail then the palazzo. They made sure everything was going smoothly in our trip and checked in multiple times to make sure that we were safe and having fun. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know traveling to Jo’burg.

The Hyde Park Villas are located in a safe and tranquil neighbourhood. Shops such as the Hyde Park Corner are a short walk away and Rosebank Mall is a bus stop away. The place itself is neat,rooms are clean with well tended gardens outside. The host is on hand to cook a home-made sumptuous breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the place. It offers a luxury stay at a great price.
It is in a very safe and convenient location. A major shopping center is right next door. The staff are incredible and the facilities are good and well maintained. Meals are great too and they have a nice lounge and bar near the pool side that gets quite busy
Lovely hotel in a nice neighborhood in Johannesburg. Staff was lovely and the roof top bar was the perfect place to unwind after a day of touring. Would definitely stay again!
Our visit here was amazing the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable the rooms were clean and the food was great.

You will be in a quiet relaxed neighborhood. The free shuttle service which drops you off and picks you up within a 5km radius makes life so easy as this includes Sandton mall. 300m from the hotel is a small shopping mall with lovely restaurants. You can take a stroll or if it’s too dark you can just take the free shuttle.The hotel is just so peaceful and you can have drinks nicely relaxed on the pool. So wonderful! Peaceful! Such beautiful surrounding gardens, gorgeous pool! I loved everyone of staff. Their restaurant has the BEST chefs! We stepped out of our spacious, modern, beautifully decorated room after a free shuttle ride whose driver met us inside the airport! A comfortable 15 minute ride from the airport!

I had to go to south Africa for work for a week and the hotel was great. They had breakfast every morning with the large selection. The staff was very accommodating too, they arranged a driver for me for the week and helped me book tours for the very limited free time I had. it's conveniently located next to the casino so you have a lot of food options too.
