Lovely new property in a residential neighborhood in Estoril. I had the single bed room and it was tiny but it all worked out. Strange location for an outlet to charge your phone overnight- in the middle of a wall halfway up!
Good breakfast and great staff! Kudos to Sarah.
Very clean and convenient, reminiscent of an old school Bed & Breakfast with some modern updates. There is no one manning the reception. Not an issue for most engagements but limiting for physical transactions.
This hotel is located right outside of Lisbon. It's a quick ride to the city or you can take public transportation which is also really easy and convenient. The staff was exceptional! The room was very clean and had just what I needed for my extended stay. There is even a grocery store across the street. I enjoyed my stay and all the help and recommendations from the staff. I'll be back. And I'd stay here again. Very economical and centrally located. I could go on about how wonderful my stay has...
Everything was good. Close to sintra train station, walkable distance to sintra city center. The room was clean and breakfast is also good. Coffee machine on basement is free for use anytime.
Excelente hotel in the heart of Cascáis, literally less than 2 minutes. Great location close to the beach area, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, museums, etc. Excellent staff and Ruben who is the manager was very professional, excellent with a superb hospitality.
The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was first class. Very polite and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon.
The Alegria is pleasant, charming hotel in an older part of the city. We had stayed at a large chain hotel further from the city center for four days, then visited Porto for three, and we chose the Alegria for a final night in Lisbon before flying home.
We took advantage of a great deal on this hotel through Expedia on a wonderful corner suite on the third floor, for less than we would have paid for almost any 3- or 4-star hotel in a good part of the city that week in September, which is...
Excellent… Staff. Location. Breakfast. Clean room and great AirCon. Everything about this place is great. Be prepared to climb a set of winding stairs to reception and breakfast. Located right next to Santa Justa Lift.
Rossio Plaza and train station within 3 minute walk. Gloria Funicular 8 minute walk. Grocery stores nearby. Easy to take Metro, trains and trams.
5pm cake. Coffee and tea anytime. Breakfast starts at 8am. The staff are all fabulous.
We loved staying here.
A sunset tip - take...
I thought this hotel was perfect for families! The bunk bed rooms are ideal and a great use of space for our family of 4. The kids thought it was really fun and we had plenty of room for all. We also loved the rooftop pool and bar space, especially after a long day of touring around. It’s very family friendly and convenient. We were able to walk to several restaurants and had some fun shopping in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel if you like staying away from city center...
