Monica embraced us and made us perfectly comfortable during our long stay. The location is lovely and we were very happy that the walk to the beach was as advertised: short, quick and convenient. Estoril is lovely and inspired me to re-read Ian Fleming's Casino Royale, which was inspired in part by the nearby Estoril Casino. We had a grand time and were suitably sad to leave this relaxing paradise.

Monica and Catarina are wonderful hosts. Despite numerous travel delays, they stayed late to check me in in-person, with a welcome drink. They were also gracious enough to securely store my bags for a few hours after checkout, while I explored Cascais for the day. The bed was super comfortable, but the ventilation in the bathroom could be better. The breakfast selection was excellent and there is a peekaboo ocean view from the rooftop. Their puppy, Lola, is sure to bring a smile to your face. The area is very quiet, save for a few neighborhood dogs (and a distant rooster). It’s a quick ~10 minute walk to Praia da Poça, but don’t attempt with your bags. The Uber/Bolt costs to get to & from Cascais proper are easily offset by the reasonable nightly rates. A clean, comfortable, and overall excellent stay and I would highly recommend!

what a beautiful stay!

The hostess Monica was fantasti. She prepared the freshest breakfast possible. The fruit abd bread soooo tasty. Even the water and orange juice was chosen with great care for her guests. She has a daughter we met Katerina and her loyal dog Ben who I miss and she has an excellent housekeeping Lucia. Monica was very helpful and kind to us and we love her much.
