The resort is split into two sections (across the road) and connected via overpass. absolutely brilliant. In a big hot spot area of Platanias with a bust beach and restaurant area. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. The place was spotless, ability to stream your netflix and youtube. Great deck, giant bathroom and the breakfast was incredible and delicious!! Everything was nice about this hotel. We were happy to find a place that would accommodate a group of five. Two bedrooms were comfortable and each room has an AC. The hotel has a small pool but we never used it as the sea is right there and the water is clean and pleasant. The cafe is absolutely charming and serves good food. The owner of the hotel, Sophia, was very kind and provided us with all the information we needed in terms of places to visit, how to get there, etc.

When I say this hotel is a five star experience, it even feels like an understatement. From the staff to the view and the idyllic environment, The Theodore is perfection. I hesitate to even write a review because I worry it will get overrun with tourists, but not writing it would be a disservice to the hotel. It’s beyond expectations.
