We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area.
We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff, particularly Dami (?), was very kind and helpful. The breakfast offerings were unbelievable--definitely take advantage of that. Also, make sure to take a bike to the castle. It's a lovely bike ride and easier to manage. Just really pay attention to the warnings to get there 1.5-2 hours in advance. The views were to die for, think Sound of Music Mountain Views. Excellent location on the slopes above a wide valley. Wake up to cow bells from nearby mountain meadows, with sunsets illuminating the mountains beyond which you can enjoy from your spacious balcony. Good food and wine and beer selection. Super clean sauna and steam room and indoor pool.
Beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing. We were there the first night the hotel was open so there were some logistics with check-in but probably not an issue now. The staff went above and beyond.

Great location. We had a large terrace with amazing views of the castle and mountains. Rooms were large with ample space. Hotel offered two restaurants and a complimentary breakfast each day. Also offered free parking.
