"Clean room, shower tiles were full of mold, I was unable to have a shower, the water temperature changed constantly either very hot or cold to the point that I had to redirect the shower head every time!
Called the technical service, they made me change rooms to the one next door, the problem was identical in the next room, still can not have a shower, spoke to the hotel manager, she promised to call a special technical service the next day.
I requested to be compensated but my request was denied!
I was offered 20% off on my next stay there!
I WILL NEVER stay there again!!!"

"We arrived at the hotel a little earlier than the 3 PM check-in time and had to wait for a couple of hours. The hotel seemed quite strict about the check-in policy, as we noticed several other guests were also asked to wait and leave their luggage at the hotel while they went out to pass the time.
Once we checked in, the suite was very spacious, clean, and bright, with plenty of windows and a lovely city view. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options including scrambled eggs, fried eggs, boiled eggs, assorted breads, fruits, vegetables, tea, and coffee.
The location was convenient as well, only about a 15-minute walk from the Parliament Building. Overall, it was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lovely options to have cooked to order. The staff at breakfast were excellent. Our room was out of shower gel and it took two requests to get it sorted. On one occasion we went to Reception and had to wait for someone to come to the desk, when they did, they answered the phone call instead of dealing with us who had been waiting and were in person. The jacuzzi and sauna were nice, having to book it was a bit frustrating, but I don't know how busy it gets. The hotel is very well located and the room was very comfortable."
