"Unfortunately, our room had pubes in the bed, dead roaches on the floor, cracked drinkware & the floor was overall dirty and sticky so you had to make sure you had something on your feet at all times. When the front desk was called concerning the pubes, they did send someone to completely change the sheets but no other compensation was offered. I definitely wouldn't stay again."

"PLEASE READ, LOTS OF INFO *It was very clean. *Very comfortable beds. *Staff were amazing and very kind. *Kinda loud till maybe 10 but then was better. We were on the 9th floor, bar is on the 11th so that could be why. *Breakfast, we did not get I feel it was very over priced at $20 a person. *I do wish there was a mini fridge, you can get one if you pay extra for it. *TV has basic channels, so not much to watch. *It's not really a young kid friendly place, more a adult party hotel. *There absolutely nothing for young kids or teens to do. I traveled with 2 17year olds. *Its a great hotel if you're 21+ and like the bars or a party seen."

"Telephone didn’t work. Both tv set broken even after they send someone twice to repair. Management unresponsive when address at checkout. Never again will I trust Expedia or embassy suites"

"Comfy and great view. Yet I’ve just seen the invoice for valet parking and it is more than double what I have ever paid all around the world and they do not tell you beforehand. And there are no other options for parking so they really should be upfront about this as I would have chosen to stay somewhere else. It feels dishonest. "

"The hotel has one working elevator. At times it was an hour wait to go up to our room. The valet has no digital way of requesting your car or tipping. Mold on bathroom ceiling."
