"Enjoyed my stay at the hotel"

"•The lobby area is too congested. There is a seating area literally in the walkway between the main door and the elevators, making the thoroughfare blocked off during busy times of the day. •multiple trips and calls to the front desk to obtain additional washcloths, only resulted in a “well bring them to you”. We NEVER saw anyone. •Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. Valet staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful."

"Great Location close to airport free shuttle and park while you fly option makes it easier while traveling. Nice bar in lobby pool table and nice vibe..definitely will stay again."

"The hotel is old and needs an upgrade badly. The staff is slow and the check-in was over 2 1/2 hours. The staff continued to remind guest that this is a ‘Union State”. I’m still font understand how the attitude of the staff or should I say ACCEPTANCE of poor slow attitude effects the standard of professionalism that is promoted on your website. I could never ever recommend this hotel. "
