"Don’t recommend spending the extra money for a city view it’s a scam there’s not even any accessible points for a view on any side of the building so it’s pointless if you’re gonna book just get a regular room u might even get a better view than I did lol, they also do the bare minimum as far as amenities and room service, place was overall clean and helpful staff"

"Stayed for one night after returning from Europe. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly. Great service at the restaurant and a decent gym. The carpet throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms, is in dire need of replacement. The carpet in my room must be 25 years old and filthy. The carpet was buckling in many places."

"Hotel is a little dated but clean and tidy, excellent location for public transport and walk to the lake. We didnt eat here so can not comment. Central down town in the Loop so expect some road news."

"Breakfast was expensive for what it offered, but I guess to be expected at a conference center hotel. The gym didn’t have any weights under 15lbs and no water in weight room. The front desk wasn’t very attentive and the breakfast host was rude. Room was nice and clean, but I was in the second floor near the pool and it was loud at night. "
