The check in and out process was fast and easy. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were very friendly. The room was very clean and perfect for my stay. All guests have access to a lounge on the fourth floor equipped with a coffee machine, beverages, snacks and filtered water. The hotel is located above a beautiful community center and is 30-40 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. Parking is free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.
Pleasantly surprised by huge size of executive suite which featured large living room and wrap around 3 piece sectional sofa with coffee table, separate galley kitchen with full size fridge, microwave stove plus a separate dining room with large table and 4 dining chairs. Large separate bedroom with king size bed and flat screen tv in both bedroom and living room. Short walk to lobby and ice machine . Lobby had espresso/coffee machine that ground and brewed the coffee by push button. Great...
The VIP amenities were great and the location to the office I came to town for. The mountain view was fantastic as well. Second time staying at this location. Will definitely be back.

Staff were so kind to me and very personable. Great location— it is easy to get anywhere within reasonable time! Room was clean and there are plates, bowls and cutlery in my room. A microwave and coffee maker with cups and mugs. I always stay here while visiting my family. I couldn’t recommend it more! You do have to pay for parking and breakfast. I think next time I’ll try their breakfast :)
Wonderful staff at every position. Lovely room with nice amenities. Location is convenient with the Skytrain right across the street, and multiple dining options nearby. Free breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend this to others.
Room was very large with comfortable beds. Had kitchenette area with microwave, convection, toaster oven and air fryer with dishes and cutlery. Nice touch was microwave popcorn and 2 energy bars in the coffee station. Front reception staff was very helpful and escorted me to my room. Will stay here again if in New Westminster.
Everything as it should be. Room was big and spacious. Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good not great but lots of hot and cold options and we enjoyed it.
