"Do not stay here!!! I was given a Filthy room. Dingy towels. Sink and bed had lots of hair on/ in it. Area is questionable."

"My room was filthy bathroom walls tub and mirror wasn’t cleaned prior to my arrival, the bed was too soft. The halls and elevator were in terrible condition feet and hand prints on elevator door and the hallway windows just nasty. I wish I could upload the pictures never will book there again"

"I had recently stayed at and IHG in Memphis and was really impressed but the one in Texarkana not so much. My room smelled like old musty body odor and the carpet was kinda dingy. I think they should take the carpet out and just have tile. The staff was nice. The stay was good but could’ve been better not worth the price I paid "

"The hot tub was out of order, and this was one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel. It would be great if the website could indicate when amenities that are promised are not available. Additionally, the hotel reception was not really friendly. The lady who checked me in seemed annoyed. She wasn't rude, but not very welcoming. I called the hotel desk later to request a blanket for the pull-out bed, since there was not one provided in the room. I had to call three times before anyone picked up and then when she answered, she said please hold. I held for several minutes before hanging up. We never got the blanket. Only one elevator was working. I did not try the breakfast or bar and grill, so no comments on that, other than the seating area looked nice. The room was clean, but the wifi signal was weak and kicked me offline or out of the show I was watching. "
