"We just had a really great stay at the Fortune on Airport Road in Kochi! Honestly, the place feels brand new – everything is modern, super clean, and just looks nice. It even smells good as soon as you walk in, which is a great first impression. Our room was spotless. We really liked that they had all the little things we needed already in the room (like toiletries, tea/coffee), so we didn't have to call and ask. The staff we met were all very polite and helpful. We tried the food and liked it. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options, and we had lunch there one day that was tasty too. One small thing to know: the hotel is on a main road, so the traffic outside can get busy. But honestly, that's just how Kochi is in general. It didn't really bother us or ruin our stay at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again! Good stuff: Feels new & clean, great room amenities, good food, friendly staff. Heads up: On a busy road (but that's normal for the area)."

"The hospitality of the staff is above and beyond what one would expect. It's like you've made friends, the head chef, Salim treats you like you are a guest in his home. The wait staff, from Andrew, Bibin, Vivek, and the others never sit around. They are always on their feet, waiting to see what they can do for you. Uvin, Sweety, and Chris at the front desk make your settling in with ease. The fact that I know all their names speak to the impression they have made. "

"I have only good things to say about Port Muziris. The airport pick-up service was fast and easy, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel."

"I stayed at the Ginger Hotel from Nov-26-2025 to Nov-29-2025 after arriving to Kochi Kerala after three days of flying. My stay was exceptional. I'll start with the food, there was a wide variety of options to choose from for both breakfast and Dinner. All of which were extremely delicious. The staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The staff at reception and the man who assisted with the luggage were also pleasant and helpful. The rooftop pool was well maintained. As far as pricing goes, I don't have much to compare it to since that was the only Hotel I stayed at in Kochi but I do know I can get similar quality for less in other places. With all things considered I highly recommend Ginger Kochi, Kalamassery. "
