"The staff was very friendly. We had the opportunity to visit the spa before our check-in time. They also offered to check if our room was ready earlier, and we were able to check in ahead of schedule. There was a wide variety of delicious food available for breakfast."

"This hotel was well located in the city but a street or two back from the main area meaning it wasn’t too busy or loud. That said, it was still very easy to walk around the city and get to public transport options. The staff were friendly and helpful finding me things to do and translating different options for me. My room was pretty big compared to what I’ve had previously on my trip but was also comfortable and clean. The history of the house was also a main point for me. It was nice to walk around and look at original photos/paintings and see historic documents was pretty cool. "

"Front of house were great, changed room when we were allocated a double instead of twin. Lovely food . Strange display of whale hunting equipment which was a bit unnerving. "
