Very nice hotel. Very difficult to find. GPS does not guide you to the correct place. Hospitality could have been better. We had two rooms. When we asked for a 30-minute extension for checkout, they refused, telling us that we could only have 10 minutes, since the hotel was full. That was patently false. There were hardly any guests to be seen anywhere. I was surprised to find the personnel so unaccommodating. It left a bad impression to an otherwise nice hotel.
The staff is incredibly helpful — whenever we needed anything, they were always there to assist us and answered all our questions and inquiries, including helping with our luggage. The room is spacious and very clean. The hotel is also very close to the outlet, and only a 1-minute walk from McDonald’s. The breakfast is also very good, especially the scrambled eggs. I really recommend this hotel.
The property was lovely but the staff was another level. Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant, the spa, and the door staff were all welcoming and accommodating.
Simone and Jessica made our entire stay completely hassle free. The restaurant had great menu and the food was excellent.

The facilities are first class with an amazing floating staircase.
Rooms are clean and well appointed, can be a little noisy at night since the adjacent streets are busy.

I’ve stayed here while on business several times. To me, it’s worth the premium because the location is quieter (especially at night), the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and although the fitness center is small, it has a variety of new equipment.
Amazing hotel! I wanted to stay here forever! The town of Camogli is truly remarkable and one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at on the Italian Riviera. Highly recommend! We loved our stay at Villa Gelsomino. From the gorgeous room and bathroom to the shared sea-view balcony, our 3-night stay felt like we were at a friend's home. The staff are phenomenal and helpful in every manner. A wonderful experience, and we will be going back!
Hotel staff was amazing and friendly, so kind and nice. This hotel is an old mansion, there are only about 16 rooms, directly overlooking the walkway that is on the water and overlooking the ocean. Our room had a patio looking out at the ocean, with a hot tube, we slept with the doors open and the sound of waves all night long.
