We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a late check in. I was greeted very warmly and, the gentleman explained where we would be best to park and get to our room and gave us complimentary water. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable, except for all the pillows. None of them had enough firmness and bh the morning it felt like i was sleeping without one. This tiny hotel was wonderful! The rooms are clean and nicely decorated; comfy beds, big bathroom with plenty of space. The room has a sink, mini fridge and microwave, as well as an electric tea pot and small nespresso machine. They think of everything—space heater, Bluetooth speaker, dishes, a comfy chair and little bar area to eat. The location is perfect, right in the middle of shops, restaurants and cafes.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so friendly and warm and welcoming. They offered advice on restaurants nearby and were there to answer any questions. The room was perfect and quiet. I appreciated the lovely breakfast that was served every morning with an additional cost. The location was great. It is close to shopping, food and downtown. It is easily accessible through public transit. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice, our room and shower were comfy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is simple, but as expected for a quick, fast bite. We ate at Eggspectations for a breakfast(nearby). The underground mall had so much food, also nearby. Across the street was a multi restsurant dining experiance. Rue Catherine was so close and we walked that day and night for food, leisure. This hotel is in prime location for tourists.

What an excellent location and a great room! We loved how roomy it was, how comfortable the beds were, and the kitchenette that had everything we needed to eat our own choices of food.
