"Lovely decor, spacious room and spacious, classy bathroom with nice showerhead and good consistent water temperature. Comfortable real king bed, not the dodgy two singles pushed together like a lot of hotels do. Staff were friendly and helpful and all the ones we spoke to had fantastic English (although in classic German style many of them claimed they only spoke "a little" - but it's a heck of a lot better than my German!). Unfortunately though the climate control in the room was malfunctioning...

"Modern hotel, with a large clean room. Looking out on the river (across the road, with a long section of the old Wall in-between), once you are a few floors up. Excellent selection of breakfast, though it does get very busy at peak times (as the hotel warns about). Large selection of restaurants just around the corner, in a plaza that also has a cinema, bowling and two live events venues (Uber Arena and Uber Eats Music Hall) <10mins walk to Berlin Ost (East) train station Recommend"

"I travels to Berlin to see and meet Marilyn Manson. I’m disabled (legs, ms and travel with scooter. The hotel staff put a ramp for my whole visit. They have wheelchair elevator at the entrance. The staff is ready to help with anything and always with a smile. It’s clean, The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the hotel and it was close to the concert hall."

"Excellent apartments. A spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms and a living room combined with a kitchen and dining area. There is also a small balcony with a nice view. Fully matches the description. Very convenient location — about a 10-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Small shops, cafes, and bakeries are nearby. The apartment is quiet with good sound insulation, even though some windows face a busy street. Suitable for families with children. Recommended."
