I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and modern — exactly what you hope for when traveling. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated that the hotel offered gluten-free options — a thoughtful touch for guests with dietary needs. The location is convenient, with great public transport connections thanks to the nearby tram. However, as a woman traveling alone, I did feel a bit unsafe in the surrounding area at night. Aside from that, everything at the hotel itself was excellent.

There's a room for improvement

Overall it was an alright stay. We booked this hotel because of close proximity to the testing center I had to attend. It is quite far from the city center so using public transportation will take you a while. Personnel very kind and attentive. Absolutely awful pillows that loose their shape and kill your neck. Next time I'm definitely taking mine. There's a parking lot available for extra payment. Which is a good option, because you don't have to search where to leave your car.

Not in the best location for visiting Berlin as a tourist. Also no mini fridge provided in the room. The room was nice but a bit small. Staff were very friendly and helpful though when we didn't have a phone charger, also the 24 hour front desk is nice to have. AC was also good. We had a decent stay, but best for a place to crash and didn't spend much time in our room or at the hotel.

Smidig med kollektivtrafik förbindelse. Det tar 4 minuter att promenera till Tram och busshållsplatsen. Nackdel: det finns inte så många västerländsk mat i närheten. Men det finns möjlighet att beställa mat från H24 hotelet. Receptionist Cem och andra personaler har fin bemötande. Vi är super nöjda under hela vistelsen.

Klodeckel schloss nicht richtig, blieb stehen. Nachttisch Leuchten funktionierten nicht. Vorhänge ließen sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen. Die Bänder dafür hängen viel zu hoch. Zu wenig Steckdosen. Obwohl ein großes Frühstück bestellt worden ist und die Zimmernummern abgefragt wurden, wurde nicht nach besonderen Wünschen gefragt. An der nächsten Haltestelle wurde man ständig angesprochen auf gefälschte Zigaretten oder gefälschte AirPods.
