Since I don't have Videotron TV service at home , I didn't know how to turn on the TV , because by using the remote control ONLY it was impossible to turn on the TV . I went to the front desk reception and the lady came up to my room to show me how to turn on the TV , first by pressing the power button on the cable box below the TV and then pressing a button on the bottom right side of the TV itself , only then was the remote control able to work on the TV . Vraiment une super expérience. Les yourtes sont extraordinaires et extrêmement confortables. Nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Tout était immaculé. Le resto du Nord est fabuleux. La bouffe est bonne, l'ambiance est géniale, mais le service est encore mieux.
