8/10 Very good

The room was clean and comfy. Enjoyed the quality body lotion and hot shower. The bed is a bit too firm for my liking but the room was well setup. The breakfast was excellent. I found it quite pricy but I’m leaving satisfied with the quality of the service.

10/10 Exceptional

Everything was excellent. Check in was prompt and they let me check in an hour early. My room was towards back of hotel and was clean and cosy. Has been updated and is very safe and secure. Very quiet as well.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, strong pressure shower head. Very nice staff. Mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom.

8/10 Very good

Smooth check-in a little pricey for saturday night in a non-seasonal setting but most other hotels were full-up so the demand is there...nice big room but heating and a/c could use a refresh

4/10 Fair

The property was very clean buy there was no elevator for the second floor rooms. We did not have a hair dryer in our room. We had to park out back and drag suitcased in from there.

8/10 Very good

Excellent breakfast with staff member replenishing and cleaning up as needed. The best scrambled eggs I have ever had ! I would appreciate real dishes instead of paper and plastic, or at least a way to compost plates, napkins, leftovers etc as well as recycling for yogurt cups etc. The room did have a recycle bins which is excellent. We appreciated that our roo. Was spotless!

2/10 Poor

The Room smelled bad, the towels were dirty, there was mold on the wall in the bathroom. The room is not sound proof. The price paid for a night stay was very high for the quality received. Very disappointed

4/10 Fair

Staff was lacking communication in English. Entrance to room at back side of building, as soon as I opened the door, the smell of cigarette smoke hit my face. The room looked tidy but smelled musty. The sliding patio doors had not been cleaned, very smudged with what looked like dog smear. There was cobwebs hanging on the ceiling.
