"The room provided was a life-safety hazard. There was no window in my bedroom, it was a broom closet. There was pet dander, and fur all over the room. We stayed one night, and checked-out, but were charged for three. Do not book here. Avoid at all costs for safety reasons."

"Hotel was very nice, check-in procedure with David was very good. No room service was disappointing and apparently maid service is no longer a daily hotel service as I was there 2 days and never seen a maid cart. Very nice view of the river valley from my room. Almost time for a room revival as the beds, furniture etc. were very old. Good location, nice underground parking (for a fee) and near some very good pubs and high end restaurants but I probably would not stay downtown again next time."

"We had a great stay overall. The staff were very professional and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and breakfast was good. The convenience of the airport shuttle getting to and from the airport made the trip even easier. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish."

"The room was not clean. There was gunk stuck to the lamp post there was no plug-ins anywhere to be found in the room except for ones that they were using by lamps and their lamps all had broken shades. It was loud, not quiet at all. There were people living in the parking lot highly do not recommend going here unless this is the kind of thing you’re used to."
