"Room and hotel were very clean. All Staff were super nice. The only complaint I had is the hotel is very dark. Especially in the common areas like the lobby."
"Need TVs to be upgraded to enable guests to connect to their mobile or laptops wirelessly( via screen mirroring).
Some handles on wardrobe doors were loose, I have tightened them myself.
Kitchen amenities were perfect.
AC need to be stronger on hot days/nights.
Hotel breakfast were average for local dishes. Need to have more taste/umami. Otherwise bread and eggs combination always works.
Staff were very very helpful and easily approachable.
Convenience store is a nice touch. But hotel room service for late dinner or supper ( after 10pm) may be useful for late checkins.
In short, we enjoyed our stay at Ascott very much. Hope to see new setip next time we drop by for a few days."
