"Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above "

El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa.
Respecto al personal todos muy atentos "

"Staff was very kind. Rooms were incredibly clean and breakfast was always very fresh in the morning. Location was absolutely perfect for exploring Pucon - everything was walkable.
There was also a good kitchen space and safes for valuables in each room. Absolutely would recommend! "

"This property was absolutely fantastic! We wish we stayed longer. The hostess was warm and welcoming and so were her two cats. The apartment had all the amenities we could have asked for including extra beds and linens if we had needed. Our apartment/hotel looked over the lake for a stunning view all day long!"
