"This is the best place to stay in Santiago. It’s right next to the giant park. “The lungs of Santiago “ . There are many birds and the teleférico and funicular are right there. There is also a Hop on Hop off bus stop close by. The staff are all super helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was wonderful and very generous. They arranged a taxi from the hotel which was very safe and convenient."

"Check in/out time on Hotels.com is 3pm/1pm. We requested an early check in weeks in advance and were told that check in was at 3 and they didn’t make any effort to get us in early. Fine, we get it. The day of, we messaged and asked again on a whim if we could get in early. This time we were told that check in “began” at 3:30. So after the listed time.
