"My wife and I stayed the night here for a "staycation". The staff were all courteous. The room was very spacious and the breakfast in the morning, which was included in the room price, was above most mid-level hotels. It included omelets, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, various fruits, waffles, yogurt, etc. Pretty much something for anyone. They have a small bar and several outdoor seats to look out to Shaw Park. Would highly recommend for a staycation or the business traveler coming in...

"We just spent one night here. It’s a great location. Close to Forest Park and the Hill. Hotel is very different and beautiful but a little run down but not terribly. I liked the European feel to it. Room was large. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Bar was cozy and nice."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having free parking so close to Barnes hospital. We also appreciated the free shuttle service, which I used to pick up our dinner. (Unfortunately, the shuttle doesn't begin until 6 AM and we had to be at Barnes at 6 AM.) It was useful having the kitchette with real dishes instead of disposable but it would have been nice to have another chair for sitting at the table to eat since there were two of us."

"The Chase is a grand hotel in a lovely area of St. Louis. It’s away from the bustle of downtown but close to the attractions of Forest Park and the restaurants of Clayton. It’s quite simply the best hotel in the city—and one of the best in the Midwest."

"We enjoy this hotel. Our 2nd stay. Great suite for a reasonable price. We enjoyed the pool gym and the patio area and the roof top bar. . The staff are particularly great. They also present themselves well, looking professional. The location is good for so many things to do in StL. We enjoyed the Foundry area just across the street for shows and food hall. Better than average breakfast also. This is now our go to when visiting StL"
