"First of all, Expedia has it advertised as 10 minute walk or 3 minutes from airport. Far from the truth. 17km and 35 minutes 3 tolls away. No sign anywhere on the building and very dark at night. Our Uber driver could not find it neither. We finally got out and asked. Everything is modernized. Had to find the Email to find passcodes to enter. Found a women once we entered and wanted to know how we got in. 20 minutes later and in my junk mail. The building is new, everything clean. Everything!...

"One of the staff members were always there for me, his name is Willy. Willy helped me park my rental car, helped me find food and brought it to my room, helped me carry my luggage and he made me feel like home. He even helped me find a taxi cab at night when I didn't want to drive. My bed sheets were always cleaned when I returned to my room at night, I also had cleaned towels and I liked the location, right in the heart of Panama. Good AC and hot water. "

"Place was clean but 1 small elevator so if you in a group it will take a minute to go up and down. It did well for basic amenities. Staff was great and always helpful. The area is closer to the local sketchy area at night. But if you want to experience the more local areas cheaper foods and more authentic Panamanian foods n shops great spot to stay"
