"Very clean, open, easy to be at. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, tubs on our rooms, fluffy towels. Rented 4 rooms, 2 air cons werent working properly, but they fixed immediately. My sink, tv, a/c, and fridge all had to be fixed, but they did it quickly and we were fine. "

"The Hotel is central located in the tourist region of Nusa Dua. The beach and the shopping area can get reached in a10 min. walk or by hotel shuttle.The rooms are big with nice bathrooms. The service and the food are very good. The pool area is also nice with lots of trees."

We did the water aerobics several times and both instructors were excellent. Very personable with the guests. We played volleyball, rode the bikes, played pingpong. Pool was large and had floating mats that you could lounge on. We loved the path along the ocean front and walked it both ways several times. As a Captain Club member we enjoyed the...

"Amazing hotel. This is our third time to the Ayana group. Twice Rimba, once Ayana. It’s a beautiful hotel with incredible facilities. 24 restaurants / bars and 14 pools across Ayana. The staff are fantastic, so attentive and everyone greets you when they walk past you. Loved the tea house at Rimba, so pretty. Also liked that there was an adult pool. We received beautiful cakes with a note saying thank you for returning to Rimba which was such a lovely touch.
