Hotels in Lantau

My wife and I spent a night with 6 of my wife’s family members. Everybody had a wonderful time. Staff was great and the rooms were clean. We had a light breakfast and the food was great. Next time I will be sure to try the outdoor pool.

We arrived last week after two weeks of business in Shenzhen in Beijing. We absolutely needed a break . We loved staying at the Disneyland hotel. The location is wonderful, and where it is situated, on the bay, with beautiful views of Hong Kong, was amazing. We were particularly impressed with the staff. One young lady in particular, Carissa, who was serving in the Club Room, did an amazing job! We will definitely stay here again. It will be our go to resort for r&r.

Room was clean, staffs were nice and professional. Beds were comfortable enough, no bugs🙏 I’ll stay there again!

Even though the hotel is located not in the city center but the hotel provides a shuttle service to n from subway station. This is definitely a plus. Will recommend other people to stay at this hotel.

It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

The staff was very kind, and the hotel was incredibly clean! Very modern with exceptional views, and the location is perfect.

My husband was sick due to airplane but I want to request to early checked in but front desk could not accept for us. And then other European customer can accept early check in. Why am I Japanese??? Concierge mr S helps to chase to process push early checked in. Is there racial Discrimination???

A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted...

Genuinely a great hotel. If you'd like to get an authentic taste of Hong Kong with easy access to transit, this is an excellent location. The hotel is right above a subway station, has tram and bus stops directly outside, is an easy walk to the ferry pier, and the frontdesk can order a taxi if you need one. Great for families with the pool and close to sites

Gateway hotel is our family's go-to hotel for the past 2 decades, and this is because of its great location. Price is a bit steep but makes up for it with its ample room size and excellent service.

This hotel has a convenient location and is quite comfortable. It's also a really solid value as long as you book in advance. Helpful staff, quiet and calm. I've stayed here many times on my way through HK and plan to continue.

Room size was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent too, close to bus/subway transportation (MTR) and restaurants. Wonderful all-you-can-eat buffet available for breakfast and dinner..reasonably priced (not sure about lunch since we didn't eat there for lunch).
