"There was no elevator for this property. It would have been a 3-floor walk up and being handicapped, it was a huge problem. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and got us a room on the first floor. They were so understanding. The room was clean and spacious and completely accessible."

"Basix accommodations no extras but when traveling and looking for someplace nice and low priced this was perfect for us. Room and Staff were great. Hallways were little rough but I say dont judge a book by its cover. That will come in time. Would stay again"

"Please be advised that this property collects a $50 deposit in CASH only. You have to show them a receipt when you check out, and they will go and check on the room before refunding the cash. The $50 deposit was mentioned on the Expedia listing when I booked, but it did not indicate that only cash would be accepted. It would be good if Expedia clarified this in the listing because this is very backwards in 2026. Parking was good at this location. The air conditioning and heat worked fine. We had issues at times getting hot water, causing us to skip showers for a night while we were there."
