"It is a small hotel, but the staff went above and beyond to be helpful especially Selina? (Not sure I have the name right) Room was extremely clean and roomy. Easy to see all of steveston and it's charm. Would recommend to anyone and in future if needed will put my company there. 5 stars"

"We had a nice stay at the Thunderbird Motel. The location was really convenient and close to lots of amenities, restaurants, and things to do. The Aquatic Centre was especially close by and was a lot of fun for the family! The room was clean enough for our stay, although I do think it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. That being said, the motel is located in an area with quite a bit of walking traffic, so that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, the location was great, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, and it was a convenient place to stay while exploring the area and the other towns!"

"Last few days of our Vancouver Island tours and Sydney was marvellous, clean safe and peaceful with a beautiful outlook to mount baker!.. and only 15 minutes to the ferry terminal. The hotel was great and the staff very helpful and enthusiastic! Wonderful bars and restaurants nearby and would definitely recommend! Thanks for a great stay."
