10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I spent 3 nights here and honestly id say its been the best stay we've been at. It has everything from a full course buffet breakfast to a pool and hottub and slurpees and super helpful staff. If I could give this place 6 stars I would"
"The staff made this hotel really stand out and shine. They are the most warm, accommodating and helpful staff you could ever meet and they made the stay extra memorable. From the gentleman who greeted me and my mom at the door, to the young gentleman who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, to the restaurant staff who made the awesome meal even more special. I was really impressed. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing people running the show. The hotel is old but well-maintained and clean. Parking can be a bit tricky with the tight spiral and limited space but still ok given the location.
Overall, highly recommended."
"Excellent, quiet room, great hot tub and pool, excellent gym. Will definitely return to this property in the future. Staff were friendly and helpful, made check in a breeze."
"The staff were great and the breakfast was good. Some rooms have been updated but others not. One elevator worked only intermittently. It could be a superb centre as it has lots of amenities but it needs a little love. The hallway air conditioning was set so low that we were freezing when we got off the elevator on our floor. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the stay."
"Clean and quiet with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Walking distance from restaurants as well. We've stayed here before and would definitely stay here again. "
