"This is a charming, well-appointed surprise among other local lodging facilities. Very helpful, friendly staff. Room nicely appointed, clean, and warm (noise not bad from heater)."
"The staff was amazing, especially the newer woman at the front desk. I think her name was Melissa or Monica? She was wonderful. So helpful and patient as I had a lot of mishaps with my booking and rebooking before I finally booked with expedia.
The only issue I had with cleanliness was the shower. Most hotels don't scrub the tub to my liking. I hate seeing any discoloration. White tubs would need to be scrubbed hard and often to show zero grime. But when paying as much as the Hilton charges, I feel like that should be done.
The breakfast was also not as good as I remembered (I stayed there over 10 years ago) but the staff at the restaurant was absolutely amazing! Just a bit pricy for a breakfast they charge for. I paid extra for the breakfast to be included when booking which was more worth it price wise. "
