This Boulder neighborhood showcases stunning homes from the 1880s with ornate details and wraparound porches. Accommodation options include upscale vacation rentals and boutique bed-and-breakfasts housed in historic homes. Though public transit is limited, the neighborhood's excellent walkability makes exploration a delight.

A-Lodge Boulder
"Front staff Jess was excellent. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. The office lodge had a bluegrass band the night we were there, which was a fun surprise. Outdoor amenities looked wonderful, even if we didn’t use. Would definitely stay again."
Boulder University Inn
"Comfortable enough for a nice stay in a great location."
Boulder Twin Lakes Inn
"I traveled all the way from Casper for a concert and this hotel was conveniently located near the venue which was excellent. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room was very clean and maintained. Love the designs in bathroom.. excellent breakfast in the morning and a few guests were still eating the staff member was very kind in letting us finish eating. I didn't use the laundry room but was very clean also and well maintained. Loved the chairs set up and the fire pit also was a nice touch"
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boulder
"Great service and friendly staff! I would recommend it."
Hilton Garden Inn Boulder
"Comfort, amenities, location, and parking are just a few of the things that can make a hotel stay a great experience. What makes it even better is when the staff feels supported by management, and that support is reflected in the service they provide to guests. That is truly the icing on the cake. Angie was an absolute delight! She was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, communicative, patient, and so much more. She clearly takes pride in her work, does her job exceptionally well, and deserves a raise! When welcoming guests, you never know what someone may be going through or what circumstances have brought them there. Sometimes, a little kindness, patience, and exceptional service can make all the difference. Angie demonstrated exactly that. This is why I would recommend staying here over other nearby hotels. Great amenities are important, but it's the people who make an experience memorable. Thank you again, Angie, and to the rest of the staff working that evening (10-11-2026). Your kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed!"
Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder
"This was a clean hotel with a great pool and workout facility and a first-rate (hot) breakfast."
Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street
"The room, the property was excellent. We had to go back twice because the room wasn’t ready, which delayed our arrival time, and we were scheduled to check in at 3 PM. while we got there at 2 o’clock, they said the room wasn’t ready, came back at 3 o’clock, they said the room wasn’t ready, they said it’d be about another hour and a half, got there at 4:30, and finally a 4:45 our room was ready, and we had to be at dinner at 5:15 how was the only issue we had was the late check-in"
Limelight Boulder
"This was a perfect spot for our family to explore Boulder and RMNP. It has so many great amenities: outdoor lounge with yard games, outdoor pool, great restaurant, and walkable distance to downtown. We will definitely stay here again!"
Boulder Marriott
"The suite had plenty of room with the separate living area. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable at all. The bathroom was large with double sinks but had the mirror placed in between the sinks which didn't make sense at all. Other than that we liked the room and it was great for the weekend. The restaurant food was really good also."
