"Excellent Danube river view, great location, walking distance from the Parliament, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacey, bathrooms can use some update, especially the bathtub is an accident about to happen during showers."
"The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was wonderful. Also the location is absolutely perfect!
A few things to note: We only received one pillow which was pretty uncomfortable. Drinks in the lobby/bar (including water and juice) closes at 11, but the tap water is drinkable. All channels on the TV are German and you are unable to change the language. Lastly, the room does not have a safe or much storage for 2 or more travellers.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a short term stay."
"Room and breakfast exceptional. Tea offering was average. The club lounge was average. Guests in singlets and flip flops. Needs a dress code and a better wine and spirits range."
"Excellent location. Steps from the Hungarian Opera House. Very short walk to everything we wanted to see. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms felt dated but it was good enough for the price. The value was there. If you’re looking for more modern, spacious room, this may not be the top pick."
"Great location. Minutes to New York Cafe, Danube River, local transit (65+ ride free), Buda Castle, street cafes, Momma Goulash!
Not impressed with the pool area and the courtyard."
"Nice clean rooms in a good location but the front desk does not answer their phone. Tried several times over two hours and no answer. Also my room service plate wasn’t picked up for 12 hours outside my rooms and the front patio was dirty. Otherwise my stay was great."
