I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town.

The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. The hotel is stunning!! We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.
