Fantastic breakfast service! I already miss the Japanese breakfasts with the variety. This hotel is extremely convenient. The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. Also, there is a Mr Donut and a McDonalds at the base of the hotel. There are several places to eat besides these around the subway station (Nankai). Very nice breakfast included with a bay view. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Free shuttle in the morning to KIX was also nice. Would definitely stay there again next time when visiting KIX
I stay at this hotel every time I have a late flight into Osaka, and it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is helpful no matter what time of day it is, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of delicious food every time I stay.
It a very nice no frills hotel; no fancy lobby or restaurant or bar. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable; almost too low for what you got. But note that even though it advertises an airport shuttle, it runs on a limited schedule, so check on that. Or plan to take the train, which is only one station from the airport. I would have had to wait over 3 hours for the next shuttle, so I hopped on the train. The hotel is just outside the train station.
I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town.
For a group of 4, the room was big. Separated toilet and bath was really helpful. Very clean. 4 kimono robes in the drawer. Very close to the KIX airport
I'm so glad I found the Hyatt Regency - this place is a gem! Located a few miles south of Osaka city, it's a great place to unwind after having your senses overstimulated in the big city! I took the subway everyday into the city center - about 15-20 minutes, but there is a free hotel shuttle that brings guests to JR Osaka station. I prefer the train! Hotel staff was very helpful, the buffet breakfast is fantastic, and the 2 pools are incredible. My only complaint, if you could even call it that,...
Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.
Convenient location, friendly staffs, has a free public hot and cold tub plus a sauna. The gym is decently equipped most hotels don't have a gym at all in Japan and in Asia in general. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.
I’ve never been to a hotel that showers you with free amenities like Bali did. Even though I didn’t take advantage of it, it was still nice to experience it. Oh and also they provide free red/white wine and miso soup.
