10/10 Excellent
"Although close to the train station the property and surrounding area felt safe and clean. The staff were extremely helpful when trying to find a place to eat and tranportation. Also, the staff spoke English, so communicating was not an issue. We booked a room with a terrace, it was extremely clean and the veiw was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel as it is close to several site-seeing areas. "
"The location was convenient to all places in Rome. The room was spotless, the free breakfast was amazing and the staff were all courteous and helpful."
" Clean, quiet environment , in a centric comercial location near metro and taxis sites , ample room and bathroom, bilateral electricity sockets near bed"
"Omar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient asv well as the rest of the staff! The A/C was great! We learned we need to leave the card in the slot inside the room for the A/C to be running. The room was clean and very quiet. I never heard surrounding noises. I highly recommend!"
"Staff were top notch from the reception to the breakfast staff. Particular mention Shane and Alyssa. The staff are the icing to the cake since the hotel’s walking distance to popular sites, shopping and restaurants sells itself.
Would suggest the addition of face towels and bar soap to bathroom amenities."
